BSU Gets The Win, But the Opposing Punter Gets the Attention

CBS Sports calls this one of the "worst punts of all time." It happened Friday night in the Boise State - Idaho State game. Did you see it?

Poor Zak Johnson. Everyone makes mistakes. Zak is the punter for Idaho State, and I bet he wants a do-over. He tried a rugby-style punt in the game against the Broncos, meaning he moves to the side a little bit and drop kicks it, and it didn't work out very well.

The ball only went about twenty yards and nailed a Bronco in the arm.

The Broncos went on to win the game 52 to 0.

At least Idaho State can't blame the loss on the punter! There were plenty of other things that didn't go so well for them at Albertsons Stadium Friday night. A big win for us.

The Broncos are 2-1 so far, and this coming Friday night, September 25th, Boise State takes on Virginia in Charlottesville on ESPN.
