Yogurt could be this girl’s best friend!  I love yogurt especially all kinds of greek yogurt.  You can add fresh berries and it’s a wonderful breakfast or snack.  You get your protein, vitamins, fruit and something that’s incredibly yummy.

There are some added benefits you may or may not know about.  According to a recent article in Time Magazine “a recent study found that women who were taking probiotics-the good bacteria found in yogurt-lost almost twice the amount of weight than women who were not taking probiotics.”  You can read the full article by Alexandra Sifferlin by clicking here.
