YMCA Grand Opening CrossFit & Yoga

MIX 106's Mike Kasper was at the Grand Opening of the new CrossFit and Yoga Studios at the West YMCA on Chinden and Discovery. There was a ribbon cutting ceremony with healthy snacks, prize giveaways and a raffle for a free year membership! The YMCA was also offering demo classes and a great family fun way to celebrate the MLK holiday. Go down to the Y today and check out their great facility.
