Would You Be A Better Driver If Cops Did This?

I don't know about you, but if I see a cop behind me, I get all nervous, even if I didn't do anything wrong.  I'm an excellent driver. (sorry Rain Man flashback)  However, I think if Boise's finest did what this cop does on the video, I think everyone would be a better driver.

I think cops "pranking it forward" and giving good drivers $100 would encourage better driving.  Come on admit it, if you knew that you were going to get a crisp new $100 bill every time a cop caught you doing something good while you were driving, you would go out of your way to be a super good and conscientious driver.....I know I would...and hey maybe that would solve a lot of problems right there.
