Life & Style Weekly claims model Mayra Hills has the world's largest breast implants. She wears a size 32Z bra and measures 59 - 28 - 36. Each of Mayra's implants weighs 20 pounds and is filled with 10,000 cc of saline.

And she says she's not done. She would consider going even bigger.
