Who’s More Excited, Baby or Weatherman?

Kate posted a story earlier this week of a weatherman going absolutely nuts over a thunder snow storm, which is entertaining enough, but this follow up makes the video doubly entertaining

The thing is I don't know if I'm more entertained by the television weatherman and his reaction to thunder snow, which is thunder and lightning while it's snowing, or this little toddlers reaction to watching the weatherman's reactions on TV.
