Weirdest Election Ads From 2014 Election Campaign
Now that Election 2014 is officially in the books, all that’s left is the crying and complaining. As we look forward to the next election, a web site put together a list of the top weirdest campaign ads of the year. Number one is a guy named Bob Quast, who was running for Senate in Iowa as an Independent. He used a campaign ad as a chance to threaten the psycho who murdered his sister in 1999.

Here is another one of the weirdest ads. It comes from a guy in Ohio named J.D. Winteregg who attacked John Boehner with a spoof of a Viagra ad, about "electile dysfunction.

This is a weird one, from a Democrat in Washington State named Estakio Beltran. He shoots an elephant-shaped pinata with a shotgun, and then rides off into the sunset on a real donkey.
And finally theres David Dewhurst, the lieutenant governor of Texas, who made a "Let It Go" parody where a singer impersonated his opponent Dan Patrick, singing all about how he's a liar and he doesn't care. (It didn't work. Patrick defeated Dewhurst in the primaries.)
