Waffle Love Opens in Meridian, First Location in Idaho

There is something special about a hot waffle made fresh with delicious toppings, it's such an amazing comfort food. That's why I am going to have to check out the new spot for waffles in the Treasure Valley, Waffle Love now open in Meridian.

Thanks to Boise Weekly I learned about Waffle Love at the corner of Linder and McMillan roads. Owned by Michael Bevans who also owns the four Sodalicious locations through out the Treasure Valley, he says "It's definitely a lot of work, but it's a lot of fun."

The menu for Waffle Love looks amazing with everything from fresh fruits to chicken, avocado or eggs. Michael said soon they will offer a huckleberry waffle with Idaho-grown berries, which sounds delicious!

After checking out their website I'm also interested in knowing if a re-heated waffle is as good as when you first got it. There are directions for re-heating waffles here. I'm excited to check them out and taste the deliciousness.
