No one has ever questioned the toughness of a UFC fighter at least none that have lived to tell about it!

However Bulgaria's Blagoy Ivanov takes toughness to a new level. Five years ago Ivanov was in  bar and was stabbed. The knife pieced his lung and heart and Ivanov spent three months in the hospital losing 90 pounds during the recovery.

Tonight Ivanov will fight Junior Dos Santos, a former UFC Heavyweight champion in the feature fight of the night at Century Link arena.

The main card starts at 8 p.m. with six fights but the preliminary action begins at 4:30 p.m. so there should be fighting all evening.

As for Ivanov he doesn't expect his bout with Junior Dos Santos to go the full five rounds. He says somebody will get knocked out. He's not saying who but a knockout is his prediction.

Dos Santos meantime predicts he'll knock out Ivanov in the second round. Junior is fighting for the first time in a year following a six month suspension for a doping violation.

In a play on words, Dos Santos said Ivanov has a "lot of heart" and expects a tough fight albeit a second round knockout.

The main card begins at 8 p.m. and will be televised on FS1

It's the first time the UFC has been to Boise.
