Ertan Ikic is facing charges of one count of battery with intent to commit a serious felony and another count of false imprisonment. Ikic was arrest this morning after the realtor who showed him a home in Meridian at the 2000 block of Summerbrooke Avenue reported he made crude and sexual comments towards her during the showing. He then forced himself on her and slid his hands down the front and back end of her clothing. This was not a consensual experience. The victim pushed him off and he then blocked her way out of the home. She was finally able to make her way around Ikic and reported the incident to her employer who called Meridian Police. If convicted Ikic faces up to 20 years in prison.
