Three bodies were found partially covered outside a Caldwell home near the intersection of KCID Road and 20/26 today, and the Canyon County Sheriff's Office is investigating it as a homicide.

Canyon County deputies responded at around 11 a.m. to a welfare check. Family members from out of state called authorities because they had not heard from relatives who live at the home for some time.

Deputies found the bodies lined up next to each other, partially covered, on the property adjacent to the home.

The bodies are partially decomposed and believed to have been there for at least three days. They are continuing to investigate the cause of death and have no released the genders or identities of the victims.

Anyone with information is asked to call sheriff's dispatch at 454-7531.
