When you think about liquor sales, you may guess that the bar/restaurant who spent to the most on booze lives somewhere in the downtown Boise area, right? Actually you'll have to travel a couple miles Southeast. According to the Idaho Statesman, Barbacoa Grill bought more bottles of booze in the last 12 months "than any Boise bar and restaurant ever has."

In the last year, Barbacoa bought 18,736 bottles of spirits. WHOA!!! I could imagine their amazing 2-for-1 happy hour deal might have something to do with that. So, how much did it cost to buy all that booze? Barbacoa spent $398,954, "nearly $120,000 more than China Blue/Dirty Little Roddy's who came in at No. 2.
