If you've ever had to deal with a cable company, you know the pain of going through the separation. Suddenly the "bottom line price" changes and they offer you things that "absolutely weren't available" moments before.
I have to admit that I dealt with similarly frustrating interactions with Comcast (and with Cable One so far - a MUCH better experience) so this made perfect sense to me.
This poor guy who recorded this interaction took over 10 minutes into the call as his wife hassled with the Comcast representative. The rest of the call, is incredible.
