The Butterfly Room At St. Lukes

Have you heard about the Butterfly Room at St. Luke's? When I heard about it, it really hit home for me and so touching. When a family loses a baby, they have always had to find a way to grieve there in the NICU, or in the cold, sterile, rooms.

When going through such a difficult loss, families should have a comfortable place to grieve and take some time with each other.

The Butterfly Room is a place where families can say goodbye in a more personal and loving way. It’s set up a lot like a nursery with calming colors, beautiful quotes on the wall and a lot of white butterflies. I love St. Luke's more and more every day. We are so lucky to have them here in the Treasure Valley.
