The  “anywhere” workout can be done, well...just about anywhere!

Each day features a quick set of simple movements to get your body in gear and get you ready for the day. One of those movements is called a Burpee. Below are instructions and a video on how to do a Burpee. If you feel like this is too complicated or too difficult, a simple squat with your arms straight out in front of you is an alternative.

Begin in a standing position. Drop into a squat position with your hands on the ground. Kick your feet back, while keeping your arms extended. Immediately return your feet to the squat position. Stand up from the squat position.
