Prostate Cancer

One in six of us men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in our life times..if caught early, like mine was, you have a 90% chance of being alive in 5 years...if it's not caught early, that percentage drops to only 35% chance.  I was diagnosed with cancer in March....

After 11 days, I finally returned to the Mix 106 airwaves to wake you up again...Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, for all your thoughts and prayers sent my way during my cancer surgery.  I'm a huge believer in the power of prayer, and the proof is in my doctors report after the surgery.

I never expected or at least I hoped I'd never hear those words for myself or my family...  "You Have Cancer." Unfortunately, I did hear those words recently and I will need to take some time away from the Mix Morning show to deal with it.
