Today, MIX celebrated the annual Idaho's Largest Garage Sale!

Mix 106 gave out 1K at the 5K during a special wave of the Insane Inflatable 5K at Expo Idaho.

Mix 106's Jeff Connell took to the streets this afternoon to broadcast LIVE as he gave away Boise Music Festival tickets to lucky winners. Idaho Central Credit Union provided food and entertainment; with a money machine and hot dogs fresh off the grill it was a good old fashioned block party...

It was a beautiful day to be outside at The Village eating some great food from Kona Grill, and enjoying some excellent tunes from Lifehouse. Check out the photos!

This weekend, TEAM Mazda Subaru  in Nampa will accept any trade in ANY condition, and give you a minimum of $2,000 towards a newer car or on-the-spot cash offer.  MIX 106's Mike Casper was at TEAM today promoting this amazing deal as well as giving away tons of new music albums to anyone that came and even just test drove a vehicle from TEAM....

MIX 106's Kate McGwire was at the Cracker Barrel in Nampa giving away prizes from the Cracker Barrel. Several raffle winners walked away with either a gift basket, rocking chairs or meal certificates.

Thousands of eager sliders climbed up and slid down Boise's first ever 1,000 foot slip and slide with Mix 106 and Slide the city!  Today's event was all for a good cause and proceeds will go to the Ronald McDonald House Charities! ] This is a sign in my neighborhood.  I was taking my son to school today and drove past it...and I've had random moments where I just start laughing about it all day.
