Those yearly well woman exams aren't any picnic, right ladies? But they're so important! Cancer was brewing for me, but they caught it early.  If I had waited another few months, things might have turned out differently.

The price of cigarettes has increased. Smoking has been banned from quite a few bars and restaurants. There's a lawsuit that's trying to get smoking removed completely from movies that target kids.  Is smoking so marginalized that we've almost seen the end of it in Boise?

There's one particular day that's supposed to be better than all the others for online daters, and it's coming up next week. Finally!  The magic begins.

Summers were so much fun as a kid, with camps, swimming, and sprinklers, and lots and lots of ice cream. As an adult, summers can be kinda ho hum.  There's no break from work and there can be more to do juggling the kids' schedules which makes it busier than usual, and we lose the magic!  But here's a way to get it back.

I've been making Tequila Lime Chicken for years, and it's always a hit and it's easy to make.  The only way to mess up, is if you rub your eyes after handling the jalapenos. That hurts!

Have you seen this?  If your kids are like mine, they are whizzes with devices and gadgets, but give them a rotary phone and they're totally stumped.  My girls can kick my butt on the WiiU, but can they figure out an old school typewriter?

My dad is getting up there in years, but no teenager is going to out-emoji this guy!  He's determined to fully express himself through pics of beer mugs, corn in the husk, and Christmas trees. By the way, did you hear what emoji might be coming next?  You and my dad will wonder how you survived without it for this long.
