Inversion

Cited as the worst part of winter by many Treasure Valley residents, I'm not sure I agree that inversion is all that terrible.

I moved to the Treasure Valley this past summer...just in time to join 80,000 friends and neighbors at Mix 106's Boise Music Festival and enjoy an incredible summer.  Jump to FitOne and the weather was amazing too.

I really struggle this time of year. January is always tough for me but throw in a two + week inversion and I am down right depressed. I have come up with some ways to survive this inversion until the storm comes.
