I'm sore ya'll. Not gonna lie, Nicole and I both are sore but soo happy for the turn out we saw at yesterday's FitOne Celebration. Not only was it for a great cause, it was just so nice to meet every single one of you.

We're gearing up for another FitOne week in the Treasure Valley.  The 5k, 10k, and half-marathon are Sunday, but we hope to see you at the Expo Thursday and Friday.
