Commencement speeches

This is one of my favorite times of year to search the internet. I'm a sucker for really motivational commencement speeches from celebrities and other dignitaries. And every year there always seems to be a few that really stick out, like these.

Charlie Day, who starred in "Horrible Bosses" and plays Charlie Kelly "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia", gives an awesome speech to Merrimack College students that results in one important lesson:  Go ahead and fail.
