Boise police are trying to identify a suspect who tried to lure children behind Camel's Back Park.

Police said they received a report that a man talked to three children and tried to entice them into a secluded area on a trail behind the park.

Police released a composite sketch of the man, you can see above.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 208-343-COPS(2677), online HERE or on the free P3 app.

You can remain anonymous and earn a reward of up to $1000.00 if your tip leads to a felony arrest.

Police ask parents to review these "No-Go-Tell" safety tips with your kids:

  • Yell "No!" when someone asks a child to approach an unknown vehicle, house or tries to grab the child.
  • "Go", run away
  • "Tell" a trusted adult who can call police.

It's so important to have those conversations with our kids just as a precaution. Even if you don't think anything could EVER happen, it's a really good idea. Our kids really do listen!
