If you're a big fan of that King's Hawaiian sweet bread, here's something new you can do with it.

It's one of my favs, and with the big game coming up Sunday, it makes a great football party munchie.

I've been making this for about five years now and it's always a hit!  Even the kids like these little sandwiches cuz they're a little salty and a little sweet too.  I got the recipe from my friend Kristie, who made them at a Super Bowl party several years back and since they're kinda like a Monte Cristo, I call them Monte Kristies.

Monte Kristie Sandwiches

Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (2 12-count packages)

Sliced Ham

Sliced Swiss Cheese

1 Stick of melted butter

1 Tablespoon of poppy seeds

1 Tablespoon of yellow mustard

1 Tablespoon of worchestershire sauce

Make sandwiches out of the first three ingredients and line them up side by side in a 15x10x1 jelly roll pan.  Mix the final four ingredients and pour that sauce over the top of the sandwiches.  Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until they're golden brown.

Super easy and very tasty!  Have fun and go Seahawks!
