A husband picked up a habit in Colorado and now that they live here, the wife wants him to stop doing this. Is she being reasonable?

Husband Smokes Pot-OPP

Mike & Kate-
I need help for OPP. My husband and I have been married for over 10 years. We moved to Idaho a year ago from Colorado. We both have very good jobs and we have children. I feel like we're very comfortable in our lifestyle.
The reason I need OPP help is because my husband smokes pot and it bothers me. But not for the reason you may think. I don't care about the smell or the affect it has on him. He actually doesn't seem very different when he smokes.
The reason it bothers me is because it's illegal. I have a very good job with the state and he works for a firm that I know would fire him for drug use. I'm worried our comfortable lifestyle will be destroyed if he gets busted smoking pot.
He started smoking pot in Colorado when it was legalized. I didn't have a problem with it then. Everyone was smoking. Now that we live in a state where it's illegal I feel like he should stop. He says that he really likes the mellowing affect it has on him. It helps him relax after a very stressful day. He never smokes in front of our kids. He waits until they are in bed or not home. He only smokes in the privacy of our own home. He said that if I didn't have a problem with it in Colorado then I shouldn't have a problem with it in Idaho. He says I'm not being fair. I don't feel like he is being fair putting me in this position. I hear you guys say all the time that if it bothers you and your spouse loves you then you should stop doing it. I told him this and he said that you can't ask your spouse to stop everything they do that bothers you. Otherwise no one would be married. Do I need to lighten up or does he need to kick the habit until it's legal in Idaho?

Appreciate the help
