Yeah we know it sounds crazy, but it's 100% true. If you live in the Treasure Valley and are sharing your Netflix passwords with a neighbor, or even like Mike said this morning on the New Mix Morning Show that his son shared their's with a school teacher it could cost you BIG TIME!

While I'm a huge fan of Orange Is The New Black I have no desire to see my wife behind bars joining the ladies at the Litchfield Women's Correctional Facility. A judge recently passed a ruling in New York saying that is now illegal and you could be prosecuted and placed behind bars for sharing said passwords.  A recent ruling by a three-judge federal appeals court panel says that the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act bars people from sharing their passwords without authorization.A heads up on this ruling, it not only applies to Netflix but can also be credited and put towards those coveted HBO GO apps as well. So Mom's and Dad's don't let your lil ones find out your passwords and don't go sharing them across the board. YIKES is all I have to say. How many of you have been guilty for passing those passwords? - JD
