If you are a child of the 90's you more than likely went through or know of someone who went through the "Grunge" phrase. Not going to lie, I did. It was Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, and Stone Temple Pilots. The flannel shirts, the ripped jeans, the you don't know anything about me attitude..ahh the days. Unfortunately the side effect of all these hard partying rockers was the constant stories of substance abuse, overdoses and suicides.

Sadly another rocker from an age long gone Scott Weiland of the Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver passed away last night. Details are still unclear what has happened, but his camp posted to his Facebook

Scott's battle with substance abuse has been well documented. And honestly, watching the downward spiral from the top to the bottom has always been heartbreaking. If you are dealing with addiction and substance abuse the thing is ..there is help. Sometimes it can be hard to walk in the doors and start working on it, but there are people who are here to help.
