I am a huge fan of a big trend that is starting to seemingly creep its way into Treasure Valley residents tummies. It's quick, delicious and affordable. The Food Truck craze is starting to see a healthy following in Boise.

Horray for food served in mobile vehicles lol. I know seems silly but it's nice to see the buzz going about this national occurrence. Boise and the Treasure Valley has so many amazing places to sit down and get a great meal, and it's even cooler to see that you can get the same restaurant style foods outside of a brick and mortar building. Friends of the Mix Morning Show Mad Mac has made a lasting impression on us..or is it the other way around as now they have a Mike Kasper Way of one of their most popular mac and cheese dishes (ask them about it, they will get you hooked up so much bacon and gooey goodness.)
