Nic's Picks: Ava Fertility Bracelet

I'm kicking off my new weekly video series, Nic's Picks, with a review of something that is very important to me.

I'm an open book when it comes to my infertility struggles. It's not easy, but I know that I'm not the only one suffering and my hope is that something I say or share can help someone else who is at a place I once was.

Infertility isn't something that is openly talked about often though. Many women, including myself at one point, feel like a failure. This is something that my body should be able to do. Is it my fault? Something that I did? ate? The truth is, getting pregnant is actually difficult for so many people. There are hundreds of possible reasons and even more questions that we ask ourselves.

A group of super smart people designed a Fertility Bracelet that is helping women detect signs that their body is fertile. This little device sees the signs that your body is making the necessary hormonal changes to ovulate and sends the data to your handy dandy phone app.
