I'm one of those really odd people who don't drink coffee (don't hate me)...but I do like a soda now and then...or maybe I should say I did.  I'm drinking water more and more and after seeing the story on Huffington Post, here are 5 reasons to leave soda behind.

1.  Builds Up Fat Around Your Organs

2.  Switching to Diet DOESN'T Help You (bummer...I bought into this one)

3.  Some Contain Toxic Flame Retardants

4.  It's Polluting Our Water Supply

5.  It's Aging Us, Quickly

Who doesn't want to drink flame retardant, age a little faster, or build up fat around organs.  Doesn't sound very appealing.  You can read the whole story HERE.
