While I have loved my two plus months of living here in the Treasure Valley, I realize I am still very new to the area. One question I had for Mix 106 listeners as soon as I arrived is where I can find some of the best nachos in the Treasure Valley and I remember someone texting in and saying Edge Brewing with their Brisket Nachos. You don't forget a name like that, and on Saturday I made it happen and stopped in for the plate of deliciousness.

First, Savannah and I each grabbed a beer, I had the Cream Ale which was really good. The food ordering was easy, although the wait was a little longer than expected. I guess they ran out of the homemade kettle chips so they needed to make more. Really not a big deal, life is always good when nachos are on the way!

When they arrived the presentation looked great but the taste was even better. The brisket, queso and chips all tasted amazing together and this will not be the last time I stop in for nachos and a beer. I will admit I only got the half order after hearing how big the full order is, or order at your own risk.
