My Best Friend Is Running With The Bulls!

My best friend, Ysabel, is living in the Basque Country and this week the Running of the Bulls Festival started. Check out her bird's eye view of this world famous event!

San Fermin, The Running of the Bulls in Pamplona is the most popular festival in Spain. The festival, is held every year from July 6–14. The first bull running is on July 7, followed by one on each of the following mornings of the festival, beginning every day at 8 am. Among the rules to take part in the event are that participants must be at least 18 years old, run in the same direction as the bulls, not incite the bulls, and not be under the influence of alcohol (so Ysabel does not run with the bulls due to that last stipulation).

The Running of the Bulls is on my bucket list! I will do this before I die. And after looking at Ysabel's photos and reading her blog, I want to go today!
