Monica Lewinsky will be in the Treasure Valley sometime in the next week or two, but the time and location are so tightly-guarded that only a select few have the info.

The International Young President's Organization is a small, exclusive group, and they're bringing Monica Lewinsky to Boise for a speaking event ahead of the Presidential election next month.

Boise Weekly says she'll be here sometime in mid-October to speak to business presidents and CEO's, but it's not open to the public, and no one is telling exactly when or where the event will be held.  And the audience will be small, with just 100 people or less.

It's been almost twenty years since Monica made headlines with Bill Clinton, and since then she's gone on to become a keynote speaker and address cyber-bullying and advocate for a safer and more compassionate environment on social media.  Her TED talk called The Price of Shame, has been viewed more than nine million times, and her supporters seem to have gotten past the thing that launched her into the spotlight in 1998.

If you like good stories about women who overcome and move on, Monica Lewinsky has a good one.  But we'll have to wait until next time to hear that story in person.
