Mike and Nicole’s OPP: My Life Could Change Forever

Dear Mike and Nicole,

This is a big one. I know it seems odd to email a radio station with such a question, but I am desperate. My husband had an affair three years ago. At first, he wanted a divorce because he said he was in love with his mistress, but I managed to persuade him to stay with me. She left the school they both taught at and things have been perfect ever since.

Recently, my sister got a teaching job at the same school where my husband's ex-mistress works. She told me she has a child.  I've seen pictures of him and worked out all the dates in my head and know my husband is the child's father. Should I tell him? I’m really afraid of how much this knowledge will change our lives forever and worry that he may leave me for her again.
