The March of Dimes March for Babies is Saturday, April 29th at Julia Davis Park.

Registration starts at 9 am and the walk starts at 10 am. It's a one mile walk to raise funds for babies right here in our community. Easy enough to throw the kids in the stroller and take a nice morning walk with some friends!

The overall fundraising goal is set for $215,000 and at this moment, almost $42,000 has been raised.

Right now, babies need all the help they can get. Premature birth affects about 380,000 babies in the United States.

March for Babies fundraising helps support research and programs that help moms have full-term pregnancies and babies begin healthy lives! Funds are also used to bring comfort and information to families with a baby in newborn intensive care. It's such a scary time for parents and families. My youngest son was in the NICU for the first 24 hours. It wasn't extremely serious and I was a wreck. So, I can only imagine what it feels like to have a baby with premature birth defects.

Please show your support by joining a team and walking the mile for these babies in the Treasure Valley! You can sign up HERE!
