America On Tap will be coming to Nampa, Idaho showcasing the best local breweries as well as craft breweries from around the Northwest, USA and the globe.

America On Tap Beer Festivals are more than just an opportunity to drink beer, they are an opportunity to experience beer. Each America On Tap Beer Festival is promoted as part of the overarching national brand, but maintains a localized feel that caters to each individual city, their culture and the beers that make them unique.

After working with local distributors to identify regional craft breweries, America On Tap has chosen our local breweries to provide each beer connoisseur a variety of specialty sought after crafts.

Now let's take a look at a few of the local breweries that will be at the Idaho Center on Saturday, March 28th.

    Grand Teton Brewing Company

We believe that Teton Valley, Idaho is the best place on earth to craft beer. Our water is glacial run-off, filtered over 300-500 years by Teton Mountain granite and limestone before it surfaces at a spring a half mile from the brewery. Teton Valley grows the world’s best malting barley, and Southern Idaho includes some of the finest hop farms in the world.

We have a 30 barrel brewhouse where we brew all of our beers and 660 barrels of fermenting tanks in our cellar, allowing for both ale and lager production. We bottle and package all of our beer in-house.

We have recently upgraded our 1920s and 1950s labeler and filler for much newer equipment. We at Grand Teton Brewing are proud of the product we produce. We strive to bring you some of the best beer you can find.

    Payette Brewing Company

Mike Francis left the corporate life as an industrial engineer for Boeing Company in Seattle to engineer some industry of his own. After receiving an associate's degree in Brewing Technology from Chicago's Siebel Institute of Technology, followed by a stint at Schooner Exact Brewing in Seattle, Mike headed to his home turf of Boise in 2010 to establish Payette Brewing Company.

Our brewery currently runs a 15-barrel brewing system and offers four year-round beers: Payette Pale Ale, Outlaw IPA, Mutton Buster Brown Ale and North Fork Lager. In 2012, we made Idaho brewing history when we introduced Payette Pale Ale and Mutton Buster in cans. Be on the lookout for even more choices of canned beer in the future. In the meantime, you can find our beer in bars, restaurants, and retail locations including grocery and specialty stores throughout Idaho.
