Guys I feel bad for you. When it comes to dating women and what we want, it can be very confusing. I have some important info that will help you out!

I'll be honest. I don't know one single woman who doesn't want a man to hold a door for her or hold her hand when they walk down the street. I get that feminist movement changed a lot. But if we look at the actual definition of feminist movement, it has nothing to do with hand holding or door opening.

Feminist Movement: refers to a series of campaigns for reforms on issues such as reproductive rights, domestic violence, maternity leave, equal pay, women's suffrage, sexual harassment, and sexual violence, all of which fall under the label of feminism.

Somewhere along the way, this turned into "women don't need a man." Now guys, I am not doubting that there are women out there like that. I personally don't know any of them. I am not one of them. I want to hold your hand, I want you to open the door for me. I want you to ask me out on a real date and not just tell me to "meet you downtown." The women I know are not asking for major changes that would make it even tougher for you. We just want to get back to the basics of dating. A true gentleman is a rare bread these days. James Michael Sama wrote in his blog about 8 acts of chivalry that guys should bring back. I just want you to know, as a single woman finding my way through the dating world, I whole-heartedly agree! But if you don't believe me, I'll let James tell you.
