My dogs Koda and Gypsy make every day of my life better. As soon as I get home from work they supply endless amounts of love, as long as I have treats for them. All jokes aside they really are members of our family so when we are making food for Thanksgiving I'm sure they will get a few bites. But there are a few things you need to make sure to not let your dogs or cats eat even though they will probably be on your Thanksgiving table.

The list was created by the pet friendly people at petsbest.com and they also had the helpful reminder to make sure all of your guests know what foods cannot be given to the animals. Have a fantastic Thanksgiving, just remember to avoid feeding any of these six foods to your dogs or cats:

  • Stuffing
  • Ham
  • Turkey Bones
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Salads With Grapes or Raisins
  • Chocolate Desserts (or anything chocolate)
