Kate University At Firebird Raceway

Saturday night I took my Kate University students to Firebird Raceway. All I can say is that I was pleasantly surprised and can't wait to go back! Check out all the pictures.

I had an absolute blast at Firebird Raceway! Who knew a snowmobile could race a motorcycle? Or that a snowmobile could go 125 mph! Or that a snowmobile can run on pavement! I learned about dial up times, funny cars, super-pro and pro classes. I learned that crews will tear down and rebuild an engine in between races. That is crazy! Do yourself a favor and take the family out to track this summer! They have weekly races and the biggest race of the year is coming up in August, Pepsi Nightfire Nationals!
