If You Love Waffles You’re Gonna Love This New Meridian Restaurant

What began as a hugely popular food truck in Utah, is about to become a new restaurant in Meridian called Waffle Love. They won chefs over on the Food Network a few years ago, and now they're ready to win over Boise's love. 

If you love waffles (like us) this is a restaurant you'll NEED to try!

The first Waffle Love opened and began serving their first Belgium style waffles in a food truck in the Provo four years ago.  The company added more trucks and restaurants in Utah, Nevada, Arizona and California.

According to an article in the Idaho Statesman, the Meridian Waffle Love hopes to open sometime in November and will be located at Linder and McMillan roads in a new shopping center that will be located there and is still under construction. The waffles are all freshly made daily in house, with a huge variety of different waffles, including specialty waffles and seasonal waffles.

I have friends who live in Utah and love Waffle Love saying that there is usually 20 to 30 people waiting in line to eat at their Provo location.
