I Can’t Wait For December 18th 2015!

I know, I'm officially a nerd or geek or whatever you want to call me, but I don't care, because I am so stoked for the new Star Wars movie. In case you hadn’t heard, there’s great news for all of us “Star Wars Super Geeks.”   I am so excited  about the official return of original cast members, Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher.  As great as that news is, it isn't even the most exciting news.

Even more exciting, at least for me, is that director JJ Abrams is co-writing the script with Lawrence Kasdan, who also wrote the Empire Strikes Back.  And any true fan knows that the Empire Strikes Back is by far the best of all the movies in the franchise.  Also coming back are the original actors who played Chewbacca, C3PO and R2D2.  And you better get used to the following names because they are about to become HUGE stars. 

John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Issac, Andy Serkis and Domhall Gleeson.  All relative unknowns and newcomers,  who over the next decade will become superstars and household names all because of this movie franchise.  

Shooting starts in a couple weeks.   It's rumored that the story will pick up where  Star Wars VI left off, but about 30 years into the future.

The release is set for December 18^th of 2015. It can’t come soon enough for me.
