OPP-How to make a housewife

Mike & Kate-
I got married 8 months ago. It's a second marriage for both of us. My wife has never worked a day in her life. She married young to an older man who was very rich. She drove the nicest car, lived in the big house and never had to do anything to keep up the house. She had a maid service. The yard was taken care of by a lawn service. They never had kids.
Well that is not how I live. I make a decent living and am able to have my wife still stay home. I have two kids that I get every other weekend and once a week. The problem is my wife doesn't help out around the house at all. She claims she doesn't know how to do housework. I can afford to have her stay home but between our bills and my child support I can't afford a house cleaner. When I have time off I try and spend as much time with my kids as possible. That hasn't been the case since my wife moved in 10 months ago. I am spending all my free time doing laundry and cleaning the house. I've offered to "teach my wife" how to take care of our home but she says it just doesn't interest her. Honestly she's acts like it's beneath her. She has no skills to go get a job. She in her late 30s and has never worked a day in her life. I honestly like being able to provide enough for her to stay home, I just need her to contribute and help. I feel like an idiot for missing this when we were dating but she had moved in with her sister after her divorce and apparently her sister did all the housework.
My question for OPP is how do you teach a grown woman how to be a housewife?
