Here’s This Years Toy Hall of Fame Nominees

The National Toy Hall of Fame announced its nominations for new inductees for 2016.   And as usual, it's a mix of toys that have been popular for decades, and a few random things kids just like playing with.

The National Toy Hall of Fame in Rochester, New York just announced the finalists for this year's class.

Here are the 12 finalists . . . only two or three of them will actually get voted into the Hall of Fame later this year.

Care Bears . . . Nerf . . . pinball . . . Dungeons and Dragons . . . Clue . . . coloring books . . . Transformers . . . swings . . . Uno . . . Fisher-Price Little People . . . Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots . . . and bubble wrap  (WTH? Bubble wrap is not a toy).

Thee three toys that were inducted last year were the Super Soaker . . . Twister . . . and puppets.

This year's picks will be announced on November 10th.
