Children and Parents around the Treasure Valley are getting excited as the Children's Museum of Idaho is getting closer to opening their doors. They are still expecting to open their doors on November 1st, but they are already starting to put fundraisers together for Meridian's premiere destination for family-oriented learning.

The first fundraiser they are holding is taking place this Saturday, August 18th from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Chipotle located at 2126 N. Eagle Road. This event could be huge as Chipotle has agreed to donate 33% of all proceeds to help out the Children's Museum! You do need to either bring in the flyer or show it on your phone for the money to be counted for the fundraiser, so here is the flyer.

I know the Children's Museum is also going to have a booth and more information at the Meridian Main Street Market on Saturday, August 25th. Also doing a Red Robin fundraiser on Wednesday, September 12th. This is going to be a tremendous addition to the Treasure Valley so make sure you keep up with all of their fun activities by finding them on Facebook here.
