Firefighters Battle Blaze In Parma This Morning.

Firefighters are on the scene in Parma battling a large fire at a local business.

UPDATE: Fire has been contained as of 8:05 this morning. Fire officials still are investigating the cause of the blaze.

Our news partners KTVB is reporting that multiple fire unites are battling a fire at JC Watson's Packing Company on Main St in Parma. The fire which is currently burning in an onion shed has moved to other larger parts of the business. Crews are working to prevent it from spreading to other structures.

The cause of the fire is unknown but residents have reported a loss of power. Over 1,000 customers were with out power for a small amount of time this morning, as of 6:30 though all but 66 were restored. - JD
