One of the Treasure Valley's most beloved corn mazes and pumpkin patch opens for the season this Friday! Here's how you can save some serious cash on admission throughout the year! 

Thanks to going viral on Jimmy Fallon and consistently being a contender in USA Today's 10 Best competition for corn mazes in America, it goes without saying that The Farmstead is the Treasure Valley's most famous Halloween attraction.  The festival includes the famous potato themed corn maze, pumpkin patch, haunted Field of Screams, Rusty the Very Big Beast, candy cannons and more! There's something fun for kids of all ages at The Farmstead!

Ready to start planning your first visit for 2018? Check out these special themed days where you can save big on admission!

Friday, September 21 | Scout Day

On opening day, any child who shows up at The Farmstead proudly wearing a boy or girl scout uniform will get into the festival for FREE! Just a heads up, it's got to be your child's uniform...scouting t-shirts don't count!

Saturday, September 22 | Grandparents' Day

Everyone knows celebrating seasons and holidays with Grandma and Grandpa is the best! Grandparents receive FREE admission with a paid grandchild admission! Kids can color a special invitation to give their grandparents HERE! 

Friday, September 28 | Dog Day | 1-8 p.m.

Fido even gets a day to enjoy exploring the corn! Well behaved dogs are welcome to The Farmstead and to participate in the costume contest.  Current vaccination tags and leashes are required.  Dog Day ends at 8 p.m. because fireworks start at 8 p.m. and they don't want your doggies getting spooked!

Saturday, September 29 | Touch-a-Tractor | Noon-Dark

Are your kids fascinated by all the tractors and machinery on the farm? This is their chance to get up close and personal with the tractors and event climb inside for some photo-ops! Event is FREE with regular paid admission!

Saturday, October 6 | Patch's Pumpkin Party | 12-5 p.m.

Dress in head to tow orange and come to this a party that celebrates EVERYTHING PUMPKIN! We're talking pie eating contests, seed spitting contests, relays, pumpkin carving and more!

Saturday, October 13 | Hometown Heroes Day

This is by far one of the coolest days of the year! On Hometown Heroes Day, they'll give away 1,000 free admission tickets to the brave men and women who serve as fireman, police officers, paramedics or are in the military (active or retired.) ID is required.

Saturday, October 27 | Candy in the Corn | 12-3 p.m.

You could trick-or-treat the old fashion way through your neighborhood...or you could do it The Farmstead way! This safe trick-or-treat event is free with regular admission but there will be limited free tickets available.  Make sure you follow the Farmstead on social media for more details and how to score those in October!

Saturday, November 3 | The Great Pumpkin Drop | 6 p.m.

The season ends in the most epic way possible! This is something you don't want to miss!
