Women’s Self Defense Seminar

Idaho Krav Maga is hosting a self defense seminar for women age 13 and up on July 18th from 10-12. All proceeds will benefit the Boise Rescue Mission City Light shelter for women and children. Come learn the best self defense system from the valleys best instructors!
