Eagle Mobile Home Flooding Near Eagle Island State Park

The Riviera Estates Mobile Home Park in Eagle is under water.  They’re in what’s called the Boise River Bowl.  A pocket between both sides of the Boise River that flooded big time with all the rain we’ve had in the past couple of days.

Most of the residents have already evacuated voluntarily.  Power is shut off and the entire community is under water.  All day yesterday, engineers were looking at ground water and irrigation systems nearby. You can see the devastating pictures at Mix106Radio.com.

Governor Otter has issued a warning for potential flooding disasters in our area.
