Let's see...Fall forward, spring back or is it Spring Forward Fall back?  Yeah, that's it...this weekend we all get an extra hour of sleep as we see and end to Daylight Saving Time

It's the time honored tradition started many years ago by Ben Franklin to help conserve energy......I don't know about you, but I think this tradition needs to go away and I'm not the only one...take a look at some of these studies that show, just how bad it is on our bodies when we lose or gain just hour:

A Rasmussen Report survey reveals that just 33% of people think Daylight Saving Time is worth the hassle. 48% of people say clock-changing is not worthwhile.

A Better Sleep Council survey found that 61% of people feel the effects of DST the Monday after resetting their clocks

University of Alabama-Birmingham survey reveals an increase of 10% in the risk of a heart attack on the Monday and Tuesday after Daylight Saving Time begins and a decrease of 10% when it ends

A Stanford study reveals there is a significant increase in fatal traffic accidents the Sunday after a time change

A study by Careerbuilder reveals that the daylight saving time switch costs the US economy $434 million a year in lost productivity and increases in worker injuries.

...But hey, you all enjoy your extra hour of sleep this Sunday...I know I will.
