Dog Food Recall After Causing Serious Health Issues

If you're like me, seeing my dogs after work is truly one of the highlights of my day. Unfortunately we are finding out that there is a dog food recall going on after multiple dogs have been dealing with serious health issues.

The dog food being recalled is "Nutrisca Chicken and Chickpea Dry Dog Food" it is causing elevated levels of Vitamin D in dogs that consume it. This is a voluntary recall, but you know my saying 'when in doubt throw it out'.

• 4 lbs Nutrisca® Chicken and Chickpea Dry Dog Food Bag (UPC: 8-84244-12495-7)
• 15 lbs Nutrisca® Chicken and Chickpea Dry Dog Food Bag (UPC: 8-84244-12795-8)
• 28 lbs Nutrisca® Chicken and Chickpea Dry Dog Food Bag (UPC: 8-84244-12895-5)

If you purchased this dog food you're encouraged to dispose of it or return it to the place you purchased it for a full refund.
