Do I Deserve A Refund?

I have been ripped off, and I'm not sure what to do about it.  I'm not usually a petty person, and all kidding aside, I wouldn't have given this a second thought typically.  I shared this video with a couple friends who felt I should ask for a refund...that seems a bit much to me...but what would your advice be?
